Who we are
Shruti D Interiors is an interior design and Vaastu consulting studio in Mumbai. This policy covers this website, shrutidinteriors.com. You can reach us at shrutidinteriors@gmail.com or on +91 81040 00785.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the service you are asking about, the type of property, your area, your timeline, and your message. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send.
Nothing else about you, on purpose. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and it does not set cookies of its own.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation, and to work with you if you become a client. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages you have not asked for.
Who handles it for us
- Web3Forms delivers your enquiry form to our email inbox. Your form details pass through their service on the way to us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it sees technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. When a page loads, your browser asks Google for the font files, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Email and WhatsApp are used if you contact us that way, and are governed by their own policies.
We only share your details with others when it is needed to run your project (for example, a contractor who needs your site address), and we will tell you first.
Instagram and other links
Our Instagram page shows pictures from @shrutidinteriors. Buttons such as "View on Instagram" take you to Instagram, and WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp. Once you leave this website, those services' own policies apply.
Photos of our work
Project photos and client comments are shown with the permission of the people they involve. If you are a client and would like something changed or removed, tell us and we will do it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you and to follow up on your project. After that we delete them, or earlier if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Write to shrutidinteriors@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
